Induction Heat Treatment Services is an independent sub-contract heat treatment organisation which offers a range of heat treatment processes including Ageing, Annealing, Carbonitriding, Carburising, Hardening, Homogenising, Induction Annealing, Induction Hardening, Normalising, Case Hardening, Shot Blasting, Stress Relieving and Tempering to materials including Alloy Steels, Carbon Steels, Cast Irons, Stainless Steels, Tool Steels and Die Steels.

We have a selection of vertical controlled / protective gas atmosphere furnaces and both vertical and rectangular tempering furnaces.

Induction Heat Treatment Services was established in 1967 and is part of the Caldervale Group of companies which celebrated their 100th Anniversary in 2002. Our objective is to remain a competitive, successful and respected provider of heat treatment and furnace services through the utilisation of the latest technology, equipment and our commitment to long term partnerships with customers.

We hold ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System accreditation and we are members of the Contract Heat Treatment Association and the Surface Engineering Association (Wolfson Heat Treatment Centre).
